Refund policy

We understand that your pet's satisfaction comes first. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer refunds within 30 days from the delivery date.

Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable. To start a refund, contact our customer service team with your order number. We process refunds within 5 to 7 business days after receiving the returned item.
